Try different things 

Your body is hurting. it needs you to do better. 

Do better. For her. 

Try for two weeks. 

See if you can do another two after that.

See how it goes. 

Carrot sticks and grapes instead of the vape. 

Edible items instead of smoking.

Go for walks around the lake, or explore the area with your headphones during daylight hours. 

Sew the holes instead of leaving them. 

Organise your room. Your space. 

Move things around a bit.

Take time away from the phone.

I love you. 

I deserve to show you just how much.

If whatever it is that’s inside me won’t kill me, why would I slowly kill myself? 

Clear up your body, feel better.

Your mind may clear up a bit too after that.
